HOW TO ORDER
You may place an order via any of the following methods:

- Call us at 250.585.6272
- Stop by the Nanaimo shop in person. We are open Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm but please call first to let us know you are coming.
PAYMENT
We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, cash, money orders and personal cheques (order shipped after clearance). Our online store accepts VISA and Mastercard.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped via Canada Post/USPS, if you need something quickly we can ship via UPS next day air or Priority Courier. In stock items will ship the same or next day, deliveries on other non stock items can be confirmed by phone or email.
RETURNS
We want no unsatisfied customers. If you're not pleased with your purchase, or if it's defective, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. We stand behind everything we sell. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, however.
Refunds can only be authorized within 30 days of purchase.
