The Gellaitry G4 O.R.E.O is a custom design and is turned from premium seasoned African Blackwood. Drones are fully combed and beaded and have Boxwood ferrules, mounts and ringcaps are a combination of blackwood and boxwood. Projecting mounts, ferrules and ringcaps are also hand threaded.

All Gellaitry bagpipes are 100% hand turned by Tim Gellaitry himself and produce a warm yet powerful full tone!

Tim has been making Highland Bagpipes for over 25 years. He first served an apprenticeship of 5 years with Wm. Sinclair & Son of Leith, before spending another 8 years with them as a qualified craftsman. For the past 13 years Tim has been involved in the production of Reel, Border and Small Pipes for the equally well-known Hamish Moore of Dunkeld.

Base price includes Canmore zipped pipe bag, silk pipe cords, velveteen bag cover, Ezeedrone or MG Drone reeds, poly pipe chanter and chanter reed. Every set of pipes is professionally set up and shipped ready to play.
